I’m sure I’d love it! I grew up in the country–occasionally!–when we moved often between ages 6 and graduating from college, and some of my favorite years were those spent on land. I remember as a 6-year-old driving through Florida from New Jersey for the first time and positively hating the Spanish moss hanging from the trees. I thought it was ugly; now it is as beautiful as tinsel or as haunting as a gravestone when it hangs from a skeleton of a tree. One of my favorite things–on those days when I can breathe and look around me rather than rushing through the days–is to see the moss as part of the mass of vertical lines in nature, pointing us to our Creator. It is majestic! I’m glad you get to experience it in its glory twice a day. What a blessing!
